Pre-Sale Special Tickets are limited to the First 50 General Admission Sales. These may be used for Adults or Children.

Children 2 and under are free and do not need a ticket. Age 3 to 12 must have a Child’s ticket (Free or Paid). All Persons, ages 13 and up must have an Adult ticket to enter the Cirque Du Luxe. All Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children may not be left unattended at the Cirque Du Luxe.

After your purchase is complete, you will be sent an email with a summary of your purchase and a barcode to be scanned at the entrance. This is ONE barcode for your entire purchase. You do NOT have to print this email, we prefer you to display it on your mobile device at the front entrance.

All ticket sales for the event are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or event modifications. We strongly recommend ensuring your availability and verifying all event details before making a purchase. In the unlikely event of event cancellation, rescheduling, or significant changes, our sole obligation will be to offer a replacement ticket for the rescheduled date or a ticket of equal value for an alternative event, subject to availability. If you have difficulty purchasing tickets online or if you would prefer not to buy online, you may purchase tickets at the show’s on-site box office 1 hour before each performance.
